New on SegMate Updates

On December 16th Facebook announced changes for folks in the Euro markets. Last month FB announced that they are rolling back many of the lost features. Which was great news. However, while we wait for them to roll most of these back. We came up with some alternative ways to continue to use some of these features.

Here is now how we now publish Videos, Audio, and Files.

And on the bot builder, you would just upload using the proper element. So still use the Video Element or the File Element. And if a user is inside the EU affected areas they will get the content like in the example below...
